Before starting the job Rod impressed us with his professionalism - calling when he said he would, completing quotes promptly, taking time to meet with us and discuss any potential problems so we knew exactly what we were in for. Rod finished the job in the stated timeframe and just under budget. Before we started the project i had general concerns of the "unknown factors" that could arise as we were renovating a 100 year old house, and especially as we were adding a whole second level. At the end of 2004 Rod Nicol took on the contract to build and manage the construction of a tiled deck with built in spa and louvretec roofing system. He oversaw the project in a very professional manner both in respect to communicating with us and in dealing with subcontractors. The finished deck is of very high standard and is enjoyed immensley by the whole family.

Not only did Rod build us a house to perfection, we found him to be very honest and forthright, keeping us informed with every detailed progress.Our new home is built to extreme high standards, which has been commented on by various other allied trades , family and friends a like.

Rod Nicol was contracted by The Fine Wine Delivery Company to complete extensive building works on our premises. Rod’s work ethic, craftsmanship and reliability are without question.

Rod has done extensive renovations to my home . He has built new decks, knocked down internal walls an fitted a new kitchen for me. My husband and i found Rod’s work to be of exceptional quality.
