  3. We will then arrange a time to visit your home, or rental property, to provide our professional advice about how we can best approach the project and discuss bathroom remodelling ideas and options. 
  4. Following our assessment, we will be able to provide you with a draft quote for the bathroom renovation cost. This quote can also include the cost of any sub-contractors required on the project.
  5. With bathroom renovations we generally encourage our clients to select their own bathroom fixtures, fittings and tapware. This allows you to purchase within your budget.
  6. Once we have discussed the renovations plan with you, we can make any necessary changes to the draft quote before sending you a final quote.
  7. Once the quote has been accepted, we can begin working on your North Shore bathroom renovation.
