Tiled walk in shower, tiled walls floor to ceiling, channel drain in tiled shower, all of the sub contractors costs listed above,  Mirror with built in LED light+heat demister supplied and installed, extractor fan supplied and installed, two x LED downlights supplied and installed, heated towel rail wired and installed,  Double RCD power point supplied and installed, 3 way switch supplied and installed,  frameless glass shower screens or door panels supplied and installed, all building materials required, all sub contractors materials required, rubbish bin hire for removal of rubbish from site, deliveries of materials to site. Excluding the supply of tiles and bathroom fixtures and fittings, you can expect to pay around 25k + Gst to 30 k + Gst for this spec of a quality bathroom renovation.

Many bathroom renovators DO NOT carry out the works to required standards or provide their clients with the appropriate warranties for specific parts of the job that require producer statements.

This is essential information all clients should be obtaining from their main Contractor for the bathroom renovation and is their safeguard if there should be a problem with work carried out.

Bathroom Waterproofing

At Nicol Renovations Ltd we provide all our clients with waterproofing warranties and producer statements. PS3 producer statement for shower glass screens or doors , PS3 producer statement for epoxy grout if that has been installed,PS3 producer statement for plumbing works, electrical COC certificate and any other warranties  if they are required.

Any Auckland building company or renovation specialist should do the project correctly from day one.  We only do full bathroom renovations where the floor is removed, wall linings are removed, ceiling linings removed if necessary and start from the bare shell of the framing and rebuild to current day specifications.

These include solid nogging of existing floor joist @ 400 ctrs, new tanilised plywood flooring, replacement of any rotted timbers if required, new wall nogging for relocation of fixtures and fittings, Villaboard wall linings to tiled shower enclosures, Aqualine Gib Board linings to remaining walls and ceilings, recessed shower niche boxes for shampoos etc, new architrave mouldings for doors and windows .
