We employed Nicol Renovations Ltd in 2013 to construct an extensive new deck and lounge renovation on our house in Birkenhead.
Rod saw the project through from its inception to completion and complemented the work of our designer who had planned a two-level deck, which was required to adhere to strict building codes due to its being in a slightly tricky position situated over our sewer line.
Rod explained every step of the project in much detail to us so we knew what to expect each day and every week. He works efficiently, thoroughly and also tidily. Consistency of hours in each working day also ensured that our family life was able to continue with as little interruption as possible.
