We employed Nicol Renovations Ltd to take over our high end outdoor entertainment area, at a difficult time in the process , when another builder could not continue. Rod straight away gave us the confidence he knew what he was doing. Rod became the builder/project manager and problem solver of the job which entailed numerous sub-contractors that he organised, co-coordinated and supervised. The end result is absolutely spectacular from the indoor outdoor flow, tranquility of the lighting plan, privacy and layout. We found Rod to be honest, trustworthy and reliable and a man of his word.
